| • Ensure hygiene is maintained in the finishing area as per the guidelines • Execution of weekly production plan prepared by the Superior • Receive raw material from stores and verify the same for specifications as per the Batch Record • Manpower utilization: o Allocate job work to the workers depending on their capability o Explain job specifications for each step o Individual production analysis of workers as per production norms • Monitor the work-in-progress for each stage and identify any problems occurring and resolve • Responsible for workers productivity against target • Responsible to maintain all the documents as per ISO guidelines • To reduce rejection percentage at all stages of Production • To learn all the Production process – end to end and work at any Production stage / process • Responsible for execution of production as per QMS. • Training operation in all the process and conduct periodic training and verify the effectiveness of such trainings. |
