It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF’s Trainee Executive – Production. As a Trainee Executive – Production of IFF India, you will be responsible to assist manufacturing, Material receipt & storage and other steps in line with production. You will be reporting to the Production Supervisor. About You: To be successful in this role, minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Industry preferably Food industry. Fresh candidates with Degree / Diploma in any Science can also apply for this role. You will spend your time… • Assist as needed with all steps of the production, warehouse and packaging process to ensure the safe and timely production of quality material. • Follow schedules, job instructions, specifications and procedures • Participate in the plant's continuous improvement process • Ensure safety compliance • Other production related responsibilities as needed and assigned • In addition, this position requires the following abilities: standing, walking, lifting, reaching above shoulders, bending, and twisting as needed. Required Skills: • Good knowledge on food industry • Results Orientation • Team work • Technical, Observational, Communication Skills. • Good time-management skills Required Experience: • Freshers and experience up to 3 years of experience in Industry preferably Food industry • Preferred: Communication Skill and Basic knowledge in 5S & Lean tools.
