JD : Sr-Engineer (or) Asst Manager-Production Planning and Control Kobelco Plate Processing India Pvt Ltd – Japanese Company engaged in manufacture of steel plates & structures for cranes & construction equipment machinery. The Company was incorporated with Registrar of Companies, Chennai on 2nd Jan, 2012. Position – Sr.Engineer or Asst Manager – Production Planning & Control Qualification – B.Tech or B.E (Mechanical) Experience Level – 3 to 8 Years in Medium and Heavy Fabrication Industry No. of Positions – 1 (One) Job Location – Sri City, Tada, Andhra Pradesh CTC – As per Industry Standards Job Description: 1. Experience in preparing daily and monthly production planning activities to achieve production targets. 2. Experience in TPM/TQM/TQS Activities. 3. Must have experience in Welding techniques (MIG, TIG & ARC) and Weld Fit-up. 4. Able to read and understand customer drawings and prepare Control Plan. 5. Implementation of 5S activities, Kaizen, Poke Yoke activities. 6. Coordination with QC departments in customer relation activities. 7. Hands of experience related to scrap reduction, productivity improvement, material handling and inventory management activities (KANBAN Concepts). 8. Experience to handle New Projects Developments. 9. Preparation of MIS Reports. 10. Coordinating and supervising with the line leaders to achieve the committed delivery schedule to the customers. 11. Experience in Risk Assessment Analysis and troubleshooting. Desired Candidate Profile: 1. AutoCAD 2. Good Communication & Computer Skills. 3. Willing to work in shifts 4. Preferred Languages: English, Telugu and Tamil.
