| Working in Multilayer Blown film extruder machine. (Both IBC or Non IBC) Machine Type: Three layer – IBC Blown Film Line . Manufactures of 2200 mm maximum blown film width, three layer Blown Film Extrusion machineries Output 400Kgs/ hr, Kalimata machine 1200mm maximum Blown film width, three layers Blown film Extrusion output 100 kgs /hr and kalimata machine 1900mm max Blown film width , with output 200kgs/hr. Able to read machines schematic drawings, Pneumatic system. Guide them in solving machines break downs efficiently & effectively. Able to distribute work assignment to his subordinates, train them & get the highest possible efficiency .Also arranging man power for the shift.Preparing production plan & submit to Asst. Factory manager for approval. Verify the correctness of the daily Production log Sheet records & submit the final report to the Asst Factory Manager.MIS Report Preparation for our head office. Having technical knowledge of plastic raw materials (LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PP, WMB) technical & physical properties. Quality checking of Extruded natural film, milky film, Maintaining of Quality Testing in the film GSM, Dart impact Tester, COF Tester, Hot Air oven test ,bond seal strength and Checking of film Size in mm. Quality maintaining in finished goods. Prepare sample for future reference. Attending the Process troubleshooting during Production. Proper Technical guiding to Down line People. Online Process maintenance of Extruders like Die opening, Air ring Cleaning. Handle Extruders machines for executing of Production. Note down Process Parameter in the log sheet as per shift wise. And also having knowledge in flexible printing and conversion. Shade matching, Print defects finding in the first proof sample as soon as the Job started. As well as Lamination and Slitting also. And some others like Embossing, Beer Label cutting,Coading Jobs,Extrusion Lamination for Ice cream Jobs. Attended Customer complaints regarding quality issues. |
