| Planning and making of BOM as per the customer requirement 3 Point Matching of BOM (DWG/BOM/Actual) Preparing the Roadmap for the project Closing the corrective and Preventive action as per the defined timeline with CFT Delivery Performance monitoring and smooth line ramp up planing Day today customer interaction and set making as per demand and following testing protocol as per customer demand Development of Poke Yoke Gauges,Planning and validation of Fixtures for Assembly operations as per customer requirement NVA identification in Production line through Gamba Walk Maintaining and updating production support documents such as Work instruction, Process Flow Chart if required VA/VE Activity Workflow & Material flow optimization by Plant Layout designing (Auto CAD). |
