| "1.Assisting Head-QA in all the quality matters including Meetings. 2.Manpower Management of PQC. 3.Ensure inspection as per plan. 4.Review of In-process inspection sheets & record keeping. 5.Preparing Summary & Raising Concern to IQC on email, feedback & Closures. 6.Ensure 3R & 6S at shop floor. 7.Line Rejections, Defect Monitoring, Red Book meeting, OS&D Analysis & Action Plans 8.ECR / ECN Management. 9.Ensure timely calibration of all measuring equipment / gauges. 10.Involvement in Developmental Works. 11.Initiate Kaizen & Cost Innovations activities. 12.Drawings & Specification Management. 13.Training Need Identification & it’s execution for Down the line manpower. 14.Various MIS Preparation & Presentations.
