Purchase MIS / Report preparation 4.Purchase agreements Documents 5.EMPRO Handling / BOM creation in system / ERP Management 6.Purchase Audit Handling 7. Monitor & work with supplier to improve performance in term of delivery 8. English communication / Email handling Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job: Knowledge: Knowledge of Material Planning & Purchase Handling, GST Tax Skills: Advance Level- Microsoft EXCEL knowledge, SAP, Procurement process Abilities: To coordinate with Supplier and In- House Members / English Communication / Email Management Technical knowledge of Procurement Process Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required for the position: Experience: 2 ~ 4 years Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Advance Excel Diploma or equivalent experience Specific technical qualification/certification: Competencies required to successfully perform the job: Technical/Function Competencies 1.Good knowledge of SAP & MS office (Excel Specially) 2. Teamwork and collaboration 3. Scheduling techniques, Execution, Material reconciliation 4. Inventory Management 5. Supply chain & Materials Management fundamentals 6. Effective communication & Interpersonal skills |
