| Job Title: Engineer – Utility Maintenance with 5-7Yrs Experience Qualification: B.E – Electrical, C license for 33KV, ISO14001 Salary: 3.6 to 4.0 Lakahs Location/Base: Sri City, Andhra Pradesh Dept: Maintenance Department Reporting to: Dy. Assistant Manager Responsible for: Utility Maintenance SKILLS REQUIRED Experienced in Operation and Maintenance VCB, ACB, MV, Capacitor Panel Air Compressor Diesel Generators Chiller and AHU UPS and Step-down/Isolation Transformer AC Motors Fire Control System WTP and RO Knowledge on 5S, Fire Safety, General Safety Co-Ordinator for EMS – ISO14001SOFT SKILLS Good Communication Self-Motivation Team-Working Creativity and Problem-Solving Time Management Positive attitude Analytical thinking DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Testing, Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting on Electrical systems Attend the equipment breakdown and be able to take Corrective and Preventive action. Make maintenance report as per schedule. Conducting regular internal audits, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and reviews to ensure adherence to highest standards. Should take care of Spare parts monitoring. Achieve targets as per defined KPI - MTTR, MTBF, PM Plan/Actual To Manage Trip /Faults /Outages and Skill to Handle Emergency Maintain Documents adhering to ISO9001/IATF16949 & ISO 14001 Comply with Legal and other requirements Reporting Unsafe act and unsafe condition Maintaining proper PPEs & LOTO implementations at workplace Implement safety and energy conservation measures Training and guiding teams towards identifying factors critical to quality, reducing process variation, improving capabilities & increasing stability Should maintain confidentiality when dealing with technology and confidential designs. Should be flexible to work in shift and on Holiday (if needed). |
