Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting households, engaging with potential customers, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and ensuring deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door visits and meet homeowners to pitch solar solutions.
Explain the benefits of solar energy and PM Surya Ghar scheme.
Ensure smooth deal closure by addressing customer concerns and objections.
Work closely with the State Sales Head for guidance on sales strategies.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

Requirements:
Experience in direct residential sales, preferably in solar retail.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
Experience in direct sales (preferably rooftop EPC).
