| • Plan, supervise, and manage all facility operations including building maintenance, housekeeping, and utilities. • Ensure all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) compliance requirements are met. • Oversee HVAC, electrical, water, air compressors, and fire safety systems. • Manage facility-related vendors and contractors; ensure timely completion of service and maintenance tasks. • Prepare and manage facility budgets, cost control, and resource planning. • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all critical infrastructure. • Ensure availability of essential services including water, power, waste disposal, and access control. • Coordinate with production and engineering departments for facility upgrades and expansions. • Manage security, housekeeping, cafeteria, and transport services as applicable. • Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility usage efficiency. |
