1.Contract Management system and Contract Labor Administration. 2.Industrial Relations (IR) and Disciplinary Activities, as per Standing Orders. 3.Coordinating with Domestic Enquiries. 4.Time Office Administration 5.Operators recruitment and induction training 6.Welfare and grievance handling. 7.Implementing the Corporate HR/ER/IR initiatives in the plant 8.Complying with Statutory provisions under Labour Welfare Fund Act, ESI, PF, National and Festival holidays, Contract Labour Act 9.Handling General Administration activities like Security, Canteen, Guest House, Contract Renewals, transportation, housekeeping etc. 10.Monthly Salary (Payroll) Administration. 11.Experience in HRIS software & MIS reports 12.Preparation Full & Final Settlements & Exit interviews for resigned employees. 13.Coordinating Employee Perception Surveys, Employee Engagement & CSR Activities. |
