Job Description
Summary: IT Manager works closely with the business users / departments, in understanding their IT needs and proceeds in getting them delivered. IT Manager works with vendors for various hardware and software solutions and ensure business requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner. IT Manager is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writes the business and functional requirements . This person understands business and ensures that there is integration between business and technology. Responsibilities • Collect Information from Business Users and transform to Vendor team. • Performs Requirement analysis, and other Project life cycle and works with the vendor team to prioritizes deliverables, • Creates detailed Functional Requirement Document (FRD) and translate it into functional specifications. • Manage business users and train them on product functionalities. • Provides Level-1 support to business users. • Product testing in line with business requirements, once vendor teams deliver fixes or enhancements Qualifications / Skills • Any UG / PG degree • Decent English Communication (Verbal and Written) • Should know SQL queries and be able to extract data from SQL Server database, based on business users or Management needs. • Self interest to learn ERP and other related products, which company is using or might choose and implement in the future. • Good team player • Should have worked as a Business Analyst or IT Systems Analyst in other customer organizations. • Work in Manufacturing organizations is preferred.
